Tobermory, Mull

Chief town, Tobermory, brightly painted, with the best fish and chip van in the country (Les Routiers approved!). We also tasted some good langoustines but I'm afraid we were not much taken with the Isle of Mull bitter we had at Dervaig, which we found pale, weak and watery. However they are a new micro brewery with an increasing variety of ales; we wish them well and hope we can taste more of their range in the future.
