Assessment
Objectives
At both AS and
A2 the specification is constructed in a progressive way. Step by step,
candidates are able to use what they learn about the structures of English
to become increasingly aware of the rich variety of language as it is
used. This in turn helps them to become increasingly skilful and confident
in their own use of English for a wide range of purposes.
